Has anyone experienced success in replacing the air conditioner? My issue has escalated from a voice problem to occasional instances where the fan continues to operate even after being turned off, further depleting the battery. The only solution is to take the car to the dealership, which has resulted in four visits, with each visit involving only a temporary code reset and sadly no long term fix.

I think your battery issue is critical one, and based on few other posts, those have been well taken care of by service center. I agree that vinfast should offer loaner. I had to take mine three times already within few months and had to arrange my own pickup/drop.
Regarding AC issue and other settings getting reset, I don’t think they have a good solution yet.

Update 2: The service center successfully reset the CCU ECU, resolving the issue of the compressor running constantly. Since this has occurred twice now, will continue to monitor the situation. However, there is still no solution for the loud AC noise.

Update: Besides the loud AC noise, the AC compressor fan remained on throughout the night even after the car was turned off. I’ve taken the car to the service center and will provide an update on the steps taken to address this issue.

A software updated release is definitely due. I am also seeing bunch of issues which have been happening frequently but go away after you lock and come back.
Were they able to fix it for you or we need to wait for software update?
