    Other day, newley leased VF8 start throwing up bunch of critical errors related to all functions(see attched). These went away after I locked and came back after 5 min. After all this and other issues related to saving drive mode settings, backup camera not showing guide lines, and few other, I’m concerned about VF8 being road safe and having second thoughts of jut biting the bullet and return VF8. Wish Vinfast has policy of just returning the vehicle

    No one from Vinfast has reached out to me yet on this issue and other issues that I have posted. Some customers might be getting preferential treatment. How can I escalate this

      Currently you cannot save the drive mode setting. They will fix it in the next sw update,

      For backup camera not show the guide line, after you step on the brake to start the car, you need to wait for the “camera” icon at the left bot corner to not be grey out then it mean your backup camera has finished booting up.

      Other warning could be just the glitch from the 1st time, and they should all go away

    VinFast service did reach out to me and has setup service call. Really appreciate it and happy with customer support

    A software updated release is definitely due. I am also seeing bunch of issues which have been happening frequently but go away after you lock and come back.

    Were they able to fix it for you or we need to wait for software update?
