That wound be no good at all. Like deal breaker. Even with battery subscription price is way too high for maybe 180 miles not yet confirmed.
Still not clear why they wouldn’t offer the sub option in the CE trim? I’d go for that.

I live 40 minutes from 2 showrooms and even I don’t know exactly how mine will be delivered yet. Or if I’ll have to go get. Hope they pay for an Uber. 🤪

As long as one converted to an order they will get the credit from IRS or Vinfast.

Clearly a big mistake. First being they didn’t communicate with the vinfirst reservation holders, They just dropped an email on us.
second mistake: no battery lease.
Final mistake: much much less range than the ‘target’ they have on their website,

ala Tesla they are direct to customer with just showrooms. I suspect the showrooms will handle trade-ins.
btw, this method is much cheaper and fewer headaches than the dealership setup.

Did you convert to an order prior to the IRA becoming law? If you did, you are good to go. If you didn’t, the rebate will be very hard to get unless you wait for the US factory to churn out vehicles AND they source the battery from mostly US sources,,,
