I know the current software is quite stable but there are many bugs and issues need to be fixed.

Front collision work depends on the lidar in front of the vehicle. The lidar will not work reliably when there is heavy rain due to the reflection of the light can be impact by the water. Therefore, it is safer to let the user to handle such situation.

Currently you cannot save the drive mode setting. They will fix it in the next sw update,

For backup camera not show the guide line, after you step on the brake to start the car, you need to wait for the “camera” icon at the left bot corner to not be grey out then it mean your backup camera has finished booting up.

Yah, I think their first strategy was so wrong. Their initial price point was insane because of the lack of quality and software issue.

If they did the $249 lease at the beginning of the launch, and had their vehicle tested and fixed the issue first, then they would have been in the better position now.
