Can we have a public git to file/track issue with the software like Valve?

So, everyone knows the Vinfast software is not the best and there are many rooms for improvement. Can we have the Vinfast dev team to publish a public github for user to submit any issue that they found, and the dev team can address those issues base on the priority?

This is how Valve has been doing to find and fix the bugs that are reported by the publics.
