VinFast Delivers First VF 9 eSUVs To Customers In Vietnam

Today, VinFast hosted a ceremony where they officially handed over the first 27 VF 9 cars to customers in Hanoi, Da Nang and Ho Chi Minh City. It’s worth noting that VinFast managed to achieve this impressive feat just over a year after their launch, which confirms their outstanding deployment capacity and speed in the global auto market.

The first set of VF 9 cars delivered to customers have a six-seater design that was inspired by luxurious cabins found in business-class aircraft. The second row features two captain seats with a large armrest that creates a sense of opulence and roominess. In addition to this, customers can opt for a panoramic glass ceiling ( Plus trim), two front seats with integrated massage, ventilation, and heating (Plus trim), 15.6-inch central entertainment screen, and an 8-inch entertainment screen for each second-row seat (Plus trim). There’s also a HUD display on the driver’s glass and an automatic anti-glare outside rearview mirror (Plus trim). These features make the VinFast VF 9 an ideal choice for those seeking a high-end, comfortable, and technologically advanced driving experience.

The VinFast VF 9 also comes equipped with an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS) that includes several Level 2 features. Plus, there’s a suite of smart entertainment and utility applications (called Smart Services) that are always getting updated, so you’ll always be ahead of the game. With a maximum capacity of 300kW (that’s 402 horsepower!) and a maximum torque of 620 Nm, the electric motor delivers an exhilarating and powerful driving experience. And with a 92kWh battery pack, you can travel up to 438 km on a single charge with the Eco trim and 423 km with the Plus trim (based on WLTP standards).

Following the official handover ceremony in three major cities, VinFast will continue delivering the VF 9 car on a nationwide scale. Customers will have the option to pick up the car at the dealership or have it delivered directly to their home.

In addition to the 6-seat design, the VinFast VF 9 also offers a 7-seat option, which is expected to be available to customers in the near future. To give as many customers as possible the chance to experience the VF 9, VinFast will also be organizing test drive programs for electric vehicles at showrooms and dealerships throughout the country. During today’s VF 9 handover, Le Thi Thu Thuy, Vice President of Vingroup and Chairman of VinFast, announced that this event marks the beginning of a series of events that VinFast will continue to hold on a global scale in the near future. She shared that the second batch of VF 8 cars will be exported to the international market in April 2023, while also handing over the VF 5 Plus to the Vietnamese market. In the coming months, VinFast plans to export VF 9 cars and open sales of the VF 6 and VF 7. Le Thi Thu Thuy expressed confidence that VinFast’s high-quality electric cars will meet the needs of all its customers, delivering maximum satisfaction not only in Vietnam—but all around the world.
