    I can understand your frustration. Since we are a new EV brand in the market, we are doing everything possible to ensure that the vehicle we deliver to our customers is as perfect as possible. During these delays, we have made numerous improvements to the software of the vehicle, its safety features, and the optimization of the battery to increase the range on a full charge, these are just some of the improvements that have been made to our vehicles during this time and more are coming. I know delays can be inconvenient and I truly appreciate your patience, I am certain that once you get behind the wheel of one of our vehicles you will agree that it was worth the wait. I hope we can still consider you a soon-to-be owner of a new VF9 as they truly are just around the corner and we will be announcing delivery news in the near future.
