- VinFast currently maintains a presence in 13 U.S. states, including California, New York, Texas, and Florida. We continue to expand our dealership network nationwide, with a particular focus on California, where we have our largest market share.
- VinFast is committed to offering one of the industry’s leading aftersales policies: a 10-year/125,000-mile warranty for the vehicle and a 10-year unlimited-mileage warranty for the battery.
- Regarding the U.S. manufacturing project, VinFast remains committed to its previously announced 2028 timeline.

good to know that the NC plant is still in place. Service in Calif still needs to be drastically improved via Repairwise network.

Please do all you can to continue the excellent service we Vinfast owners had enjoyed during the first 2+ years before the change to dealerships. We understand the that this is the transitioning period but Vinfast really needs to work much harder to make it as seamless as possible: quicker response to customers’ concerns including improved software updates and parts’ availability.
