I think your battery issue is critical one, and based on few other posts, those have been well taken care of by service center. I agree that vinfast should offer loaner. I had to take mine three times already within few months and had to arrange my own pickup/drop.

Update 2: The service center successfully reset the CCU ECU, resolving the issue of the compressor running constantly. Since this has occurred twice now, will continue to monitor the situation. However, there is still no solution for the loud AC noise.

Update: Besides the loud AC noise, the AC compressor fan remained on throughout the night even after the car was turned off. I’ve taken the car to the service center and will provide an update on the steps taken to address this issue.

Anyone else experiencing loud sound of AC compressor fan. It’s quite loud specifically when AC is running on hot days and behavior is sporadic.

A software updated release is definitely due. I am also seeing bunch of issues which have been happening frequently but go away after you lock and come back.

Were they able to fix it for you or we need to wait for software update?
