I just got an email. As a Vinfirst I can lease the city edition for $429 month AFTER $5,000 capital cost reduction for 36 months. That makes it effectively $567/month. Still too much for a 200 mile range 5 seater. If that offer comes for the VF9 I’d consider it as we need 7 seats, otherwise Vinfast still has more room to go price wise.

I already have a deposit down on the EX90. Vinfast went quite for the first months and a lot of things were changing (e.g. dates, features, range etc) so I figured it’s best to cover my bases and put down a refundable deposit. Just curious, when I signed up for the vinfast forum it said if I was one of the first 1,000 to sign up I’d receive a special gift. Did anyone receive one or know what it is?

I don’t have the specs but I took a look at the VF9 at the LA Auto show and the third row is flat against the floor when in use. So unlike other cars with a third row folds into the floor, it looks like this will be on top of the floor and won’t gain a lot of cargo space from it.
