I contacted Vinfast again yesterday after seeing @Robert Herman post and asked what was going on with the battery subscription. The gal (assumed she’s one of the CEE) once again indicated to me that the battery subscription is still on the table only for VF8 model and not VF9. Someone is welcomed to verify this info.

I seriously doubt anybody would when Tesla Model Y can be had for less money than VF8.

There is an article on Reuters this morning about Vinfast is contemplating on price-cut promotions to counter Tesla’s recent price cuts of its model Y and 3 vehicles.

“For Future Availability” is what it states and I am not sure what it exactly means either. The rest of the verbiage was stripped.

Appreciate for approving my post. I am sure the Vinfast team will look at each of these videos. From my personal standpoint, it is a safety concern if the vehicle becomes unresponsive at high speed and that you can’t move to vehicle to the side shoulder on a freeway.
