More than 3 weeks I raised issue and service person took my car two weeks back and agreed on paint and all issues. He offered new car new VIN but my concern is basic check is not done how I can trust the car? I send couple of email to customer support and message to tech person no updates. Today He send me:
Hi, this communication is regarding the 2023 VinFast VF8 VIN #XXXXX left at VinFast’s premises at 3230 Auto Plaza in Richmond, CA. Please be aware that VinFast does not have a vehicle return policy and has not accepted the return of your vehicle. There is a no cooling off period, and the vehicle remains the property of you and/or your leasing company or financing source. Leaving the vehicle does not create a bailor/bailee relationship between you and VinFast. VinFast retains the rights to immediately begin charging storage and administrative fees of $95.00 per day until the vehicle is removed. You have 24 hours to pick up the vehicle, after which time VinFast will contact the financing source, inform them of the abandonment, and instruct them to retrieve the vehicle immediately.
VF team agrees on hardware and software problems still force customer to take the car. Software I understand over time they will fix it but what about paint and other things? Customer service or management no one updates on issue.
