sounds like you set your mind on the refund already. I remember when i used to just got in and drove away, the car always errored out on me. After i learned of a certain start up sequence (unlock, wait for screen to load, step on brake as screen prompts, wait for camera icon to load then drive away), I havent had any issues at all.
Do you follow any start up sequence? It sounds very silly for an EV having to load up properly, but it has helped make the car rides more smoothly.
