  • VinFast App lost connectivity with the vehicle

    VinFast App lost connectivity with VF8 yesterday. Tried to restart the app but no luck, it still shows the range, etc as of yesterday afternoon. Is there a way to establish the connectivity?

    We had the same experience on the same day. Still have no connectivity with the app.

    Me too. It is not working for me for 2 days already. May be the Vinfast server has problem.

    Vinfast app lost connectivity and does not show any current battery life. Remote does not work in app as well

      It certainly did lose connectivity periodically yesterday from 1:30pm to like 10pm. It is all synced now.
