Special Aftersales Policy
While I appreciate this “Special Aftersales Policy” to alleviate customer concerns regarding the negative feedback on VF8 reviews, I’m concerned about the exceptions to this program, “the program won’t pay out for issues including or related to hardware upgrades or scheduled software updates” Most, if not all of the issues are hardware or software related issues. Seems like a loophole so they don’t have to pay out. Can Vinfast please chime in and add some clarity on concerns related to this program.
