Slow Charging Vf8 2025

I had my car less than a week, when I tried charging at Chargepoint station lv2 charger it took 3hrs 55 minutes to charge from 17% to 26% which is very bad and have to pay hourly charge rate.

I also tried at my friends home with j1772 lv2 charger and does the same. It says 22 hrs to fully charge from 22%

Vinfast says 6 hrs to fully charge with lv2 charger but this is not even close. Does anyone have similar issue. I would regret very bad leasing if this is expected

on your vinfast screen- go into settings — EV –>> Settings and adjust your AMPS! – I have an lv2 J1772 in my garage – from 20-100% takes about 7 hours – AVG 9KW an hour.
