    Has anyone experienced charging issues? I was never able to charge using the issued level 1 charger. I just recently installed a level 2 charger. It worked 1 time, but now the on light turns yellow and it turns off. It’s very frustrating to say the least. I have an Autel MaxiCharge. I’m pretty sure they’re the same supplier for the VinFast level 2 charger.

    Same here. I tried to called the number they provide but they just said call the dealership. I lives in Jacksonville, FL and the closest one is 1.5 hours from me. I don’t know why they provide the phone number but can’t do anything but ask me to call the dealership. Very disappointed.

    Hi,

    I just got my Vin Fast few days ago! I have a Tesla home charger at home! I am using an adapter to charge but my circuit breaker of my panel keep on disconnecting after 10 minutes while using my Tesla charger with the adapter, I am using an adapter J1772. It’s only charging for 5/10 minutes and then my circuit breaker keep on tripping while charging my Vinfast and the charger stopped! Could you please give me some options? Thanks

    I’ve had it start to charge and then stop and give me a warning the charger door was open. had to go back unlock the car, unplug and re-plug it in.

    Vinfast lied to me and said December 2024 there would be a new update to resolve the charging problem my car even when left at level two stations the car will stop charging because of a dip in energy for a second. I cannot use my car for work anymore cause it takes 20 hours to charge my car at 19 amps which is what they said I have to charge it at this is ridiculous. I will say they smile and sound nice in the phone that’s pretty much it in terms of helpfulness need a good lemon attorney. Unhappy customer will not recommend if this simple simple software issue isn’t rectified
