3 years charging EA not compatible with App provided

Good day all for anyone who chose for free charging for 3 years with EA guess what the app they provide with that promo is not compatible with EA. I brought this up to them and have not heard back. I also contacted them to switch to home charger as my mother in law agree right after leasing the VF8 to get home charger and they are working on that.

The app they use for the promo is ChargeHub. While looking at it yes it shows all charging stations however when you go to an EA charger you have to use an EA network card not the ChargeHub app to activate. So I hope they get that worked out or they give codes to people to put in for EA accounts.
