    VF definitely knows how to do a legitimate business in America. What you imply about not reporting this transaction to the IRS is indeed illegitimate, or more, illegal. VF’s simply following the IRS rules of reporting this transaction, which I guess they wrote off as a loss. You’ve blamed the wrong guy. Just file a complaint to the IRS if you think this law is unfair.
