VinFast Mirrorsense won the Innovation Award Honoree at CES 2024

Las Vegas, Nevada – January 8, 2024 – VinFast MirrorSense, the first automatic mirror adjustment technology using artificial intelligence (AI) application, has just been awarded the Innovation Award Honoree for the Vehicle Technology and Solutions category Advanced mobility of CES 2024 (January 9-12, 2024). The award not only recognizes VinFast’s technological breakthrough, but also affirms the position and potential of Vietnamese brands in the global technology market.

VinFast MirrorSense – Automatic mirror adjustment technology is jointly developed by VinFast Auto (Nasdaq: VFS) and VinAI, a member company of Vingroup specializing in research and development of artificial intelligence (AI) application technology.
MirrorSense technology can accurately detect the driver’s head position and eye gaze direction with an accuracy of 10 mm, thereby automatically adjusting the position of all mirrors accordingly. This is a groundbreaking combination of exclusive AI algorithms, intuitive, and user-friendly design. MirrorSense was trained with 25,000,000 images from 250,000 real world objects. The performance of the above feature has been validated with 504 self-collected videos from 126 participants, which can be seamlessly integrated into smart vehicles with Driver Monitoring Systems. .
