VinFast To Highlight Its Relentless Pursuit Of Innovation at CES 2023 

As the most influential tech event in the world, the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) is the proving ground for breakthrough technologies and global innovators. This is where the world’s most forward-looking brands do business and the biggest disruptors hit the stage. Sure, there’ll be plenty of new mobile devices, smart home gadgets and OLED TVs—but CES 2023 will also serve up plenty of news on the automotive front. So it’s fitting that, one year after announcing its all-electric vehicle strategy, VinFast returns to take the stage at CES 2023.

For more than a century, internal combustion engines have ruled the roads. Entire industries have grown up around them and the auto industry has become dominated by a handful of legacy automakers. But EVs have helped to disrupt this. Innovators like VinFast are potentially resetting the entire industry—and the VinFast US team could not be more excited to join a number of exhibitors and tech enthusiasts at CES 2023. 

Beyond what’s powering the drivetrain, technologies like partial autonomous driving fundamentally change the role cars play in our lives. At CES, VinFast will showcase advanced technologies utilizing artificial intelligence (AI), big data and machine learning platforms. With advanced safety features, including adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, collision mitigation, and driver monitoring systems, VinFast is paving the way to safer roads. The company will not only offer its drivers extended digital cockpit capabilities that enhance the driving experience (including access to deeper information about the car) but also enable proactive AI notifications that leverage this real-time data to update and inform drivers in new ways. 

Last November, VinFast introduced two crossovers at the 2022 Los Angeles Auto Show to the US market: the subcompact VF 6 and the compact VF 7. They join the midsize VF 8 and the larger VF 9. At this year’s CES, VinFast will showcase its full electric vehicle ecosystem including four electric SUV models and four electric bikes.

Attendees can test drive the VF 8 in two special areas around the convention center. One area will provide a ride along experience with VinFast experts, where customers can experience the VF 8’s tech and feature set. Elsewhere, customers can elect to drive themselves on CES’s closed track—where they are welcome to directly experience the VF 8 in the driver’s seat.

VinFast’s press event at CES will take place on January 5, in booth 5501 at 10:15am PST with the test track located at WP-9, Las Vegas Convention Center. The pavilion will also be open to the public and test drives will be held from January 5-8, 2023.
