What is the point of having the App.

If the car is moved to a different profile, the app is useless. What is the point? I can’t see SOC, etc.

I have a humming noise from right rear. Car is currently with Vinfast to be looked at.

Ram trucks have similar issue where the turn signals do not turn off. I think Vinfast should do an update or recall.

How Do I add Driver Profiles so that each driver can have their own seat/ mirror settings? I cannot figure it out through the app but yet every article says to do through the app. What am I missing?

Per my app, the Software version is FRS 8A.3.9.8. Is this really old software version?

I to hear loud fan noise after parking the car. Also, the interior hvac fan is sometimes noisy. But not all the time.

Do Vinfast engineers even read these forums? Would be great if they can put out a release on what they are working on to correct in their next updates. A lot of issues can be fixed via software updates. I hope they hire some ex tesla software engineers to really solve some issues.

Today the car was full of malfunction alerts. While driving straight on 101 soutbound centered in marked lanes, the car alerts went off and it tried to veer right to the next lane. There was no reason for this. I just so happened to be on the phone with customer service. There are definitely issues with the systems.

Fix the Blinkers

and Fix the slow charging after 70%. Other EV’s allow fast charge up to 80% SoC then slow down. That 10% with the limited range already makes a big difference.

Blinker Cancel button doesn’t even work, so why offer it? They need to change the blinker stock and functionality. I drive around looking like a 90yr old cause I can’t get the blinkers to turn off.

The yellow triangle is absolutely annoying. Makes you wonder if something is wrong with the car each time you get in it. Then when something does actually go wrong, I will end up ignoring the warning sign. Stupid Design that VINFAST needs to fix.

I’ve had it start to charge and then stop and give me a warning the charger door was open. had to go back unlock the car, unplug and re-plug it in.
