    What is the target timing for the next firmware update for North America VF8 owners? Also, please let us know best way to communicate our experiences and expectations.

    Regular communication is key to the US market. The posting of updates and replies from ‘staff’ seem to have slowed tremendously.

    Many users are searching for alternative news sources and are unaware of updates/statuses. In forums/social media I am surprised to see so many on old firmware unaware of updates.
