So someone actually gave you a delivery date? I called and was told that was not information they had access to and that only the dealership would know.Ordered mine 4 weeks ago and was too about 10 days to delivery from day of order confirmation and vehicle match. I’m in CA so supposedly the car was in CA and never left so where the heck is it a month later? No one can give me any information except that now they have oversold vehicles and are backlogged. So, they gave my car to someone else? It was a custom order as well. So couldn’t be a simple mix up. Wondering now if we should have just gone with the Tesla or Lucid

How about the actual delivery itself. I ordered my VF8 a month ago in CA and was matched with a car 2 days after ordering and lease approval. Was told the car was in San Francisco and would come to Carson CA and then to me. It’s been a month now and suddenly no one at vin fast knows where the car is or when I can expect delivery. I’m in San Diego, I could have just driven to San Francisco or Carson for that matter. But as of today dealer doesn’t really want to take responsibility and tell me where the care actually is. Instead it was, well we sold more cars and the orders are backed up. Ok, well why was I matched with a car and it never delivered? At this point we feel a FTC complaint as well as CA DMV and consumer affairs complaint is the first step and of course contacting the bank that approved the loan. Calling the people at Vinfast is a joke as well. I was told no one at their customer service line can help me with any type of order.

Are you requesting the refund because they haven delivered your car? It’s been a month for us and still no word. was matched with a car 4 weeks ago in California and I live in CA. We are looking for a refund as well.
