    Hello Scott! Thank you for being an active community member. The VF 8 City Edition is an early production version of VF 8 to meet customers’ excitement of receiving a VF 8 model by end of 2022. The VF 8 Eco and Plus versions are in production and further updates will be provided as they become available. Thank you again for voicing your concerns, we truly appreciate all of your great feedback!

    Hello Phuong! Thank you for voicing your concern, U.S Spec models, while related to Vietnam Spec Models, are different. If there are issues like this in Vietnam, our teams in Vietnam are aware of them, and they will respond to such issues accordingly.
