Vinfast overall is the worst manufacturer company I ever worked with. Purchase my VF8 vehicle in 2024 and has been a disaster since day one. Software is the majority of the problem that will never go away. Most of the vehicle functions are in monitor unit, so if that does not work nothing works. Vinfast has not repair shops in CA, they closed them all down. Now they send you to mom and pop repair shops that have no idea what to do, when they will fix your car, and shops don’t even have parts. The worst support is Customer Service which is located in Vietnam. I highly recommend you print all your emails and record every conversation you have with Customer Service, because they do not have any control of documentation. You ask them to send you email to confirm they will follow up but you get nothing. You call back and next person you speak with is clueless of previous conversation.

DO NOT BUY FROM VINFAST!!! Terrible company. The car is beautiful if it function properly….
