Pull the black negative terminal off the 12 volt battery in the frunk! let it sit for 10 mintues, put it back on, also delete the vinfast app from your phone and reinstall it – then try to sync the app back to the car. – A hard reset of the system, should address that issue.

Yep, You along with MANY others have done the same thing! You left your dealership – BEFORE – making sure they transferred ownership of the vinfast from them to you , IN THIER COMPUTER SYSTEMS! dont feel bad, seems like 1 in 10 do this! – You need to reach out to your dealership and have them update thier systems with vinfasts – it then takes about 48-72 hours – you can then reach out to vinfast support and they can sync your app with your car!

If your using a plug and not directly wired into the breaker – then this is how its suppose to work! you only can get 40A out of a wall plug. If you want the full 48A you will need to have the electrican wire it directly into the fuse box and bypass the outlet.

Sounds like an issue with your adapter – If you can charge at other level 2 chargers with no issues – its 100% your adapter.

There are many factors Including the outside temp, the battery temp, how much current charge you have, etc! I always get over 100kw on DC3 chargers on both my VF8’s – I have a 50amp charger installed at home, wired directly into a 60 amp breaker – always get 48A/11.5kw – I also live in florida where its always warm!

Yep, I did. Pull the negative terminal off the 12 volt battery for 5-10 mins to do a hard reset of the system, then put it back on. You will need a 10mm wrench , it’s located in your trunk.
