    When my VF8+ needed to go into the shop a few months ago, the service rep I spoke to over the phone said they would send me a check for being inconvenienced (or something along those lines).

    I have yet to see any $

    Interior cabin lights are VERY weak. May as well not even have anything there.

    More lights in the trunk area. It’s quite dim in that area at night.

    Save the “drive mode” after returning to the vehicle (I like “eco” but it always reverts to “normal”

    Interior cabin noise is pretty loud compared to other EV’s

    The sound system is quite lackluster on the Plus. For a “premium” vehicle, I expect much better.

    No HomeLink remote control for garage doors/gates.

    When the radio is on, I wish it’d display the channel info/song playing like just about every other car currently on the market.

    I got my update a few weeks ago and it did help on a number of issues. (Including a major one which caused a fan to be stuck on and drain the battery really fast). I really appreciate them picking up my vehicle and dropping it off when complete.

    That being said, I really wish they would enable Over The Air updates and push them out faster. The fact that I need to have my car go into the service center for a day or 2 is pretty inconvenient, even if they offer a loaner. If they want to compete with Tesla, they need to step up this part of their game.
