I actually just set an appt about a week ago for a software check. I have to wait until Feb 10th for my car to be seen at Holman in Ft Lauderdale. This is unacceptable. My lane departure warning is the latest thing not working. This is super unsafe. I am seriously disappointed with my experience as of late. Are any consumers planning a class action? I feel like my car will have no value if I try to sell or trade it in for another car.
