You had some pretty high expectations! I reviewed this company and cat for 2-3 months before making the decision to lease – TWO vf8s from them – I understood there was going to be some slower than expected responses to issues – but I will agree with you for those who live out west – this company did a complete screw job! only 5 dealerships left west of the Mississippi now, and the 3rd party service company they teamed up with is COMPLETE JOKE! – I’m glad I live in Florida where we still have 6 or 7 dealerships open (mine is 12 min drive!) but I am expecting most if not all in Florida to close as well since VF isnt sending any more vehicles to the USA and most dealerships have not seen parts in months! – They are currently in the mind set to PUMP AND DUMP as many vf8s/vf9s as they can between now and Sept 30th. Then I expect them to high tail out on this country!
