I did not get my VF8. I have booked two SUVs VF8 and VF9. I booked VF9 in Jan 2020 and VF8 in March 2020. In December Vinfast told me I was getting one in December. Later, Vinfast told me I was not on the list. When I call the customer service representative, they don’t respond. I was betrayed by poor customer service. Should I still wait? I am just not sure What I am going to do.
