VinFast Fan Running Even When Car is Off – Draining Battery! Any Fix?

I’ve been dealing with a frustrating issue with my VinFast. The fan has been running non-stop even when the car is off, and it’s been going for two days straight. Each day, it’s draining about 30% of my battery.

I reached out to the service center, and they told me to take the car to a dealer. However, my local dealer is overwhelmed and unable to schedule me due to resource shortages. Meanwhile, the fan keeps running, and I can’t just leave the car parked like this indefinitely.

Does anyone have any insights into what might be causing this or a potential fix? Also, is this a safety risk? I asked the service center, but no one is giving me a clear answer.

Does the screen and radio turn off? I had things on my back seat, and the car refused to turn off, thinking somebody was sitting back there. I wonder if your car is just not turning off, and it’s running the AC the whole time your away.

Id pull the negative terminal off the 12volt battery in the trunk for 5-10mins, than put it back on, that should clear out any issues. You will need a 10mm wrench.

Disconnect negative 12v battery and you have to remove a yellow 60 amp square fuse. I had the same issue and the service guy told me what to do. I think it was in the top row
