Vinfast Customer Support

Has anyone had any bad experiences with Vinfast customer support lately? I was trying to cancel my reservation but the person who I spoked to named Alex was extremely rude and unprofessional and told me to call back later and proceeded to hang up on me. I never had bad experiences in the past with other phone calls to Vinfast, they have always been courteous and professional but this was just out of line.

I noticed when I called that it takes way longer, before it used to be call and directly with someone to help.
