VF8 REMOTE CONTROL NOT WORKING AFTER SOFTWARE UPDATE

I currently own a 2024 VF8 Plus. After upgrading to SW FRS 8A.4.9.16 the remote control no longer works. I took my car back to the service center (Vinfast dealer) and the tech could not get it to work. I do need help.

After further discussions with my tech in florida – he has stated the with the .16 firmware update – some may need new fob replacements – with the .11 and even further with the new .12 updates they will require new fobs! just a heads up
