VF8 Level 2 Chargers

I have been running in to issues with charging the Vinfast VF8 with level 2 universal chargers. It worked fine last week , but since than it can barely draw 5-6 amps power on a 64 amp charger. Current battery is at 28% and to reach 90%. it shows 79 hours. I have no issues when i charge at a Tesla Super Charger with the CCS magic dock. Is there a way to reset and clear charging port memory of old plugs or something to reset this to charge normally.

is it a Vinfast home charger that came with the car? If so, you can adjust the tiny wheel inside the charger to the number appropriate with your dedicated outlet (15A, 30A, 40A, 50A or 60A) . If it’s not the Vinfast home charger then I’m not sure what you can do.
