Sqeaky rear end and nonworking mirror and steering wheel controls

Ive had my VF8 for almost two months now and have been having problems with rear end squeeking and creaking at low speeds. It sounds as if its metal bending. Also, my cars steering wheel and mirror adjustments dont work anymore.

The suspension noises started after I got my car washed during the first week and its gotten worse since. Ive reported the issues to vinfast but they say to keep driving the car until my appointment on the 21st of October but its quite annoying and embarrasing that a new car would sound this horrible.

 

Im not entirely trusting of the vinfast reps. Each time ive called they say to drive the car and when I inquire if its a known issue they say there have been very few reports of the suspension noises.

I’ve had mine in the shop twice and they still can’t fix it. The appointments are out of control. You can’t get your car into the shop for at least a month or so now my passenger window is stuck down. I can’t get the window to go up called around 12 o’clock in the afternoon on Friday no response from the service center now I can’t drive my vehicle. I can’t leave it in the parking lot because somebody will steal my belongings and I can’t drive it long distance because of the wind noise.
