Order system — When?

One thing that has really confused me is the lack of the official ordering system. They have begun production, so why not? Tesla sure had the right idea by letting an owner know the VIN right way. Plus with an ordering system we will see the ‘actual’ prices for the trims and options.

Another benefit to sooner vs later would be to get the auto loan rolling. Every time the FED raises the rates, so do auto loan rates. And most banks with an approval it expires and one has to go through it again (another credit check).

What say you vinfast? 😶

Agreed. Lack of communication and just a push back on delivery date. I am disappointed!

I’ve inquired about the ordering portal multiple times with Vinfast customer specialist but no solid answers given. From my recollection, it was supposedly up and running by end of Nov. timeframe. Obviously it is running way behind. Recent conversation with another specialist, I am told Vinfast intends to offer in-house financing option as well.

the lack of even an ordering portal has bothered me for a while. Why are they delaying it? Just odd.

I’m curious about what financing they will offer. If they an beat my credit union I’m all for it.
