I just bought V8 Plus and I am generally impressed by overall driving experience. I have one issue, I have roads around me with little slopes with Stop signs at normal intersections. I have observed as we leave brake, the car starts to roll back and only way to control it to speed your transition to accelerator quickly and press it hard. Also the car is not quick as Tesla to react asap accelerator is pressed.

That’s just the way it drives. There is a delay from when you let go of the brake pedal to when the creep mode kicks in. In a regular car you could just hit both peddles at the same time, but in the bin fast when you push the brake pedal it disables the accelerator. There is no way to not roll back from a stop on a hill because creep mode (simulated idling) is inactive when you hit the brake pedal.

The good news is it only rolls back a couple of inches, but if you’re on a hill, and there are people standing behind you, they will get really scared before you start to move forward, and you will start second guessing if you’re in the correct gear.

The hold feature should be addressed in the next firmware release, should be out this month.
