Back Up Camera No “Guide Line”. Can Not Call up “Hey Vinfast”

I just bought a 2024 VF8 and here is what I have found so far:

* The back up camera takes too long to reboot – no “guide line” when backing up after start,

* Can’t get Vinfast Voice Command to work – can’t voice activate features like sunroof, A/C, turning up temperatures ect. Any idea how to resolve these issues?

There’s no “hey Vinfast” anymore. I think it’s only “Alexa” now.
