App registration/FM presets

Hi everyone. Picked up my VF 8 Plus yesterday. So far everything is going pretty good. But I haven’t been able to get the VinFast iPhone app to register to the car. Salesman who checked me out wasn’t able to get it to register either. After about 40 minutes of trying we agreed I should try again later. He told me in his experience it always takes 30 minutes to an hour to get it working. Next question, how do I change the preset FM stations. I poked around the screen, but don’t see where I can do that. (maybe it is on the app?) Cheers, Royson
