since you are leaving us US customers high and dry – not only with the worthless 3rd party service – REPAIRunWISE you have teamed up with

But the lack of parts for our cars – the lack of a promised OTA software update

But you also refuse to make a public statement to your us customer base.

moderator01 – The san deigo dealership had been in the plans for over a year – that is the ONLY REASON it opened – How about the 5 florida dealerships, and 2 north carolina dealerships, the bowling green dealership, the kanas dealership… and others that have all closed in 2025?!?! 🙂 — Like I said – ADIOS VINFAST!

I actually just set an appt about a week ago for a software check. I have to wait until Feb 10th for my car to be seen at Holman in Ft Lauderdale. This is unacceptable. My lane departure warning is the latest thing not working. This is super unsafe. I am seriously disappointed with my experience as of late. Are any consumers planning a class action? I feel like my car will have no value if I try to sell or trade it in for another car.

Better hope you get in feb 10th – Holman, Jacksonville, Pensacola, Charlotte, Greensboro – All offically shutdown service centers on Feb 28th, 2026….
