Additional Driver Profiles ?

How Do I add Driver Profiles so that each driver can have their own seat/ mirror settings? I cannot figure it out through the app but yet every article says to do through the app. What am I missing?

Look at the profile icon at top right of screen. Click and set profile or Add another profile.
