Windshields Replacement

Anybody has this kind of problem? Both our 2 vehicles need Windshield Replacement, and it has been over a month waiting for the parts to come… last (3 weeks ago) we heard they were at the Port in Northern California waiting for custom… as of today, nobody contacted us about that. Now the service center we always go to “closed”, this is really a headache.

I called customer support today again (I called 3 times before), she told me there’s no records of me calling about the Windshields problem. well and wow… and now she said she will check and call me back if the Windshields are available.

Whomever is telling you they are at a port – is flat out lying to you – There have been zero part shipments to the united states in over 8 months! — There are a bunch of customers here in the USA waiting on parts, some now over 6 months!! Ill make things easy on you – THOSE PARTS, ARE NEVER COMING!
