Vinfast App Remote control and Climate not working.

Picked up my VF8 Plus a week ago. Remote control and Climate have not worked from Day 1. Receive either 0x0C error or Something went wrong please try again later.

Things tried so far:

Rebooted using power button

Hard reboot pulling negative lead and fuse.

Re installed Vinfast App multiple times

Un linked re-linked my phone multiple times.

It looks like Miles/Park and tire pressure seem to be updating. Navigation shows lost connection with the vehicle with a time of 30 minutes ago. Using an iPhone with 18.1.1. VF8 seems to be on latest software release ending in .16

Any one else having the same problem and have you found a fix?
