where do I report some minor issues that need to be fixed with an OTA?

I love my vinfast but have noticed a few issues.

1) the mapping software lately will show me driving in fields instead of on the road.

2) After I wash the car, I hear squeeking coming from the back end? I called tech support, and she told me that her car does the same thing. The squeeking is sometimes present in the morning when the car has sat overnight.

3) Im looking to install a level 2 home charger and saw that there is a few new 80amp chargers on the market. How do I find out what the fastest charge the vf8 will take. If it doesnt support the 80 amp, ill buy the 48 and save money.
