What is the power the VF8/VF9 have on Level 2 240v and DC fast charging? Is using a DC 350kW fast charger a waste?

Interesting that Vinfast talks about 250 miles as a baseline above. Also stated above, “For example, VinFast electric vehicles offer up to 272 miles of electric range.” Yet their first 999 EVs to North American market have only 180 mile range. Take off 20% roughly for winter driving. Seems inconsistent.
