As the other commenter (Scott Davis) said in this post, this was an issue plaguing many of the City Editions. VF said it was fixed on the Standard Editions. The fix was replacing the actuator component of the rotor. My CE had the same noise when moving from a complete stop. They replaced my actuator 13K miles ago, and the noise was gone for good.

Not all, but many of what you listed in your post. Owners’ forums allow you to see what others have done with some of the issues you encountered. You may be surprised of what you may learn. It isn’t a perfect car, but for the money that you paid (current lease), you can’t get a better deal.

I highly doubt a 10yo can accurately identify a real QC issue vs user error. I suggest you join several online forums (FB) out there and get some tips/ troubleshooting with your issues.
