Whomever is telling you they are at a port – is flat out lying to you – There have been zero part shipments to the united states in over 8 months! — There are a bunch of customers here in the USA waiting on parts, some now over 6 months!! I had my car less than a week, when I tried charging at Chargepoint station lv2 charger it took 3hrs 55 minutes to charge from 17% to 26% which is very bad and have to pay hourly charge rate.

I also tried at my friends home with j1772 lv2 charger and does the same. It says 22 hrs to fully charge from 22%

Hello, folks: Does the roadside assistance program cover flat tire service? I have a nail in the tire which will cause the air to leak over time. Therefore, I want to get it fixed before the tire is completely flat.

sadly, this program has ended. No more driving in carpool alone in an EV.

it did happen to me, but after a few sw update. i can now command Alexa to open/close garage door, turn on/off lights in the house etc.

If you have tried two completly different chargers – you should book an appoitment at your local service center – I charge at home every night – on a level 2 50 amp charger – I get 11.5kw everytime.

I had VinFast since few days when I tried charging at J1772 lv2 at my community charger it says 22 hrs to fully charge. Not sure if there is an issue with car but it charges very slow.
