All I have to say this is a poor engineered and death trap car. Poor customer service and even worst dealing with third-party warranty repair by RepairWise. It’s a joke waiting for weeks to get warranty repair done. They act like there is a lot of Vinfast sold in U.S.

The technician at the dealership told me it’ll comeback in 2027. Many issues with the car that makes it compete with current EVs.

The car is great and I leased it 20 days ago. I love everything about it except the camera that keeps missing guidelines occasionally.

Big difference with tesla is – Tesla will still be here in the united states come summer of 2026 – VF wont be!

Better hope you get in feb 10th – Holman, Jacksonville, Pensacola, Charlotte, Greensboro – All offically shutdown service centers on Feb 28th, 2026….

I purchased two L2chargers , pay installation two times and I still can’t charge my car. I have multiple light on in my dashboard and the worst is the customer service from the service department in LISLE IL . very disappointing and frustrating experience

After further discussions with my tech in florida – he has stated the with the .16 firmware update – some may need new fob replacements – with the .11 and even further with the new .12 updates they will require new fobs! just a heads up

Unless you purchased tire and rim protection from your dealership, then NO, roadside service does not cover that.

Not sure how VF can say they have a 10 year – 125k mile warranty, when they obviously have not supplied the service centers and dealerships with the parts that are needed to make the necessary repairs! There are many that have been waiting months!

I had my car less than a week, when I tried charging at Chargepoint station lv2 charger it took 3hrs 55 minutes to charge from 17% to 26% which is very bad and have to pay hourly charge rate.

I also tried at my friends home with j1772 lv2 charger and does the same. It says 22 hrs to fully charge from 22%
