Anyone here experienced this kind of loud noise? Its like a fog horn from a cruise ship. The noise will come intermittent. It happens specially when its raining or cold weather and when I am on a full stop and start to move slowly. It looks like the caliper pads stuck on the rotor disc. What do you think it is.
