									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p class = "activity-discussion-title-wrap"><a href="https://community.vinfastauto.us/forums/discussion/strange-loud-noise-after-a-full-stop/">Strange loud noise after a full stop</a></p> <div class="bb-content-inr-wrap"><p>Anyone here experienced this kind of loud noise? Its like a fog horn from a cruise ship. The noise will come intermittent. It happens specially when its raining or cold weather and when I am on a full stop and start to move slowly. It looks like the caliper pads stuck on the rotor disc. What do you think it is.</p>
